God’s Chosen Ministry Community Outreach exists to build safer and stronger communities by empowering individuals to lead productive lives. With the right collaboration of resources, services, and vision, we believe that successful community reintegration is possible. We are conveniently located in Lawton, Ok.
God’s Chosen Ministries provides a wide array of services primarily focused on assistance veterans and their families, formerly incarcerated men and women and their families; as well as any individuals experiencing issues related to homelessness, ID’s/Driver license assistance, birth certificate, social security cards, mental illness, and financial responsibility. Wherever there has been a need; God’s Chosen Ministry, Inc has found a way to assist through mental health counseling, substance abuse treatment, life skills enhancement and/or homeless prevention. Through these services, we are equipped to help our citizens who can once again be productive members of the community.
